Livestream FAQ

Livestream FAQ

I've purchased tickets to the livestream. How do I watch it?

  • Click HERE to log in to the account you created when checking out to watch the Baptized Imagination Livestream on Sunday, December 18th at 8EST/5PST.
  • Check your ticket by clicking HERE. If it says, "You're In!" then sit back and relax, you're all set for Sunday. If it says you don't have a ticket, make sure you're logged into the same account (same email address) that you used to purchase the ticket. We HIGHLY suggest you test this out before Sunday as we are limited on support.
  • If you purchased the Online Stream Premiere with Chad, click HERE to log in to the account you created when checking out to watch the Baptized Imagination Livestream on Sunday, December 18th at 8EST/5PST. We recommend having both this and the Baptized Imagination Livestream open to get the full virtual experience.
  • The show will be available for replay until December 25th at 11:59PM PST
  • If you have not created an account, you can do so HERE with the email you used to place your order.
  • If you are receiving an error while trying to log in or reset your password, there is a good chance that you still need to create your account. If you were not logged in while purchasing your ticket, this is not done automatically. See above.
  • Since this is a live event, you will not be able to fast forward or rewind during the initial airing.
  • Be sure the email you use to create your account matches the email on your payment method of choice (Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal). Payment methods are determined by store owners and all available payment methods are on the site.

Can I buy tickets for my friends?

  • Of course! Once you’ve purchased more than one item with a ticket included, just use the chat button in the bottom right corner of this page or reach out to with the artist name, show date, your order #, and your friend’s email – an account will be set up for them! They will receive their account confirmation and ticket in their email.
